Proctor still only 20 years old takes a step up in opposition as he looks to break into the UK MMA rankings.

Training at Sixth Sense Martial Arts under Alex Enlund the grappling pedigree of Proctor has been the catalyst to his success so far in the cage. A unique blend of Jiu Jitsu and Wrestling has become a trait of all of the Sixth Sense athletes who make the walk.

“Adam is one of the most coach-able and dedicated young men who I have had the pleasure to coach or train with. He is constantly improving and we recently had members of the Sports Science department of a local university do analysis on both his recent fight and training performance taking a more scientific approach to his training will show as Adam continues to develop”.  Alex Enlund

As one of the North Easts top prospects and ward of possibly the best unsigned MMA Fighter in the UK; Adam has also attracted the attention of one of the worlds top MMA brands Revgear Sports of California.

About Us

MMA in Newcastle Upon Tyne and the North East generally has grown massively over the last few years and coupled with its boxing heritage it’s truly astounding that the regions capitol city has been without a dedicated Martial Arts and Boxing store for so long. Newcastle was without an MMA store until 2011 when FIGHT STORE Newcastle opened. Since Then we have been a part of the community with the staff and owners all having been involved for many years in the sports we work for. The MMAnewcastle website was originally built purely because of the amount of inquires we received daily about where people could train. We offer our directory and events listing free to the North East Martial Arts and Boxing community and will continue to work to promote the sports we love in our region
