His journey began working using creative therapies with children on the Intensive Care Unit in the Leeds teaching hospitals. Since then further experiences working in hospitals, art projects, military care homes, sheltered living schemes and rehabilitation facilities have gradually led him away from more traditional talking therapies to a deep interest in working to heal the body in a more primal and organic way integrating yoga, bodywork, energy work and meditation to work with each individual’s body and mind holistically.
Let us introduce Pete Tiarks who will be taking the MMA classes.
He was Cage Rage Champion in 2003 and 2004 and has won Muay Thai fights at the prestigious Lumpinee Stadium in Thailand. He is also a BJJ Purple belt with an outstanding MMA and Muay Thai professional record.
